1. Acceptance of terms

By using walkthrough.host, requesting a walkthrough, booking a consultation, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

walkthrough.host produces cinematic video walkthroughs for vacation rental properties using the photos and information you provide. We deliver landscape and vertical versions, plus an optional hosted showcase page for a yearly fee.

3. Orders and payment

• The cinematic walkthrough is a one-time fee of $500 USD per property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Optional showcase hosting is $100 USD per property per year after the first 12 free months.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge.
• You will receive a watermarked preview before final delivery. You may request one revision round before approving the final video.

4. Refund policy

Because work begins as soon as we receive your materials, refunds are not available once the walkthrough has been produced. If you are not satisfied with the preview, we will make reasonable adjustments within one revision round. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to deliver the service.

5. Intellectual property and license

After full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final video files for marketing, social media, your direct-booking website and guest communications. We retain the right to use anonymised or watermarked excerpts in our own portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.

6. Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos, listing URLs and property information you submit. You are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Hosting and availability

We use third-party hosting and video delivery services. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to hosted showcase pages. Optional hosting may be cancelled at any time; downloaded files remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, walkthrough.host and Michael McBride are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or videos. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
